The North Fork Vision HCP's Special Funds Committee is pleased to announce the availability of funding for additional educational projects for the 2004-2005 year.  These monies are allocated from the surplus of learner funds at the end of the previous year. 

The Special Funds Committee welcomes proposals from learners and community educators for funding of extraordinary educational needs.  The learner proposals must be presented initially to the Resource Consultant, who will evaluate the merit of the request and assist the learner in presenting the project to the Special Funds Committee.  Community projects should be submitted to the Vision Advocate, Cheryl.  The Committee meets in August, January and March of each year.  Deadlines for proposals are the last day of the preceding month.
